Point well taken, iomegadrive, but three things:
1. Our stats are showing that having a double email entry is working at eliminating errors (though I agree that it will never be 100%)
2. All of the double-entry critics acknowledge that something needs to be done to try and fix this issue if you don’t have double entry
3. This is clearly a discussion between Product people/Engineers; to say that people are “insulted” by having to enter their email in twice is…insulting
