Auckland Harbor

I arrived in Auckland a week ago with, amazingly, zero jet lag. My plan was to then rent a smart phone and post things from it, thereby avoiding time-sucking internet cafes. Alas, the only phones they rent here are jitterbug-like, so I’m stuck with the cafes…which means I’m probably not going to be posting too often.

However, I will be uploading photos to my Flickr account – though there’s not much there yet, and most of the pics are no good.

Anyway, I’ve been here just under a week, and here’s where I’ve been:

• Auckland
• Hamilton
• Raglan
• Rotorua
• Taupo

I’m probably off to the Whanganui National Park tomorrow.
