PHO IS BETTER THAN RAMEN –

Interrupting library week, and at great risk of creating some border issues when entering Japan next week, I’d like to unequivocally state that Pho is superior to Ramen.

It tastes better*, it’s cheaper, it’s simpler, and the places that serve it are dramatically less likely to be pretentious.

And the best place to get Pho in the DMV is Pho 75.
