The thing that’s most stressed me out while not working is my lack of health care coverage – if I’m going to go bankrupt, I want to have fun doing it. So I was relieved to finally sign up for some ObamaCare, purchasing coverage from my beloved Kaiser Permanente. It certainly ain’t cheap, but it’s a huge relief.

And I feel like I’m already getting something for my money – I went to urgent care on my first day of my coverage:

I’d run out of asthma medicine a few months before, so was getting pretty wheezy

And once again Kaiser impressed: Waited only 5 min to see the urgent care staff, and was walking out with my meds in just 30 mins, including getting an EKG

Bonus: 3 out of the 4 people I interacted with laughed at my “jokes”
