
I feel like “gorges” is the only thing I haven’t mentioned when describing the amazing scenery that is Iceland. But because waterfalls = rivers = gorges, of course it has some, and Fjaðrárgljúfur (here’s how you say it) is a spectacular one, especially with all the green summer growth:
