We’ve all heard & know about white noise, but I don’t think we ever thought that the word “white” meant something very specific. It turns out the color meant something all along, and I’m a believer in the characteristics of each: I’ve been sleeping to a 12-hour pink noise “podcast” on Spotify every night for awhile now.
