Food week continues. Disappointingly, but not surprisingly, three of the best five contain mayo. Why is there so much mayo in the sandwich world, no matter where on Earth you are? I can’t stand mayo, have no idea why, and will never change — it’s mental at this point.

Anyway, my vote for best would have been a chicken parm or the one you make from Thanksgiving leftovers. A PBJ + pickles is also great, and wonderfully quirky.
