I’ve always assumed those stickers were all the same and had to do with specific accomplishments, eg. a sack or TD catch. Turns out they’re much more creative, inspiring, & goofy. Little kids obviously like stickers, but if we’re being honest, it’s not just kids — think of teens; of tech companies; and, of guys in tights.
And…me. I think I have a stash of stickers from every tech company I’ve worked at, despite not being a collector or hoarding of things. Yet, I can’t get myself to ever use/apply any of them. Perhaps I just need to treat them as awards, like Michigan.
