You see this and think “Wow, Chick-fil-A really does dominate in the South & they’re spreading out!” or “Geeze, why is McDonald’s so popular in northern states?”. Whereas I see this and think “Hooray, three chains I’ve never heard of for me to try out!”
And with that reaction (that I’ve never had when reading about the newest, nearby, Michelin-starred place) I’ve now learned that I get more excited for fast food than I do for real food.
