Coeur d’Alene Library

Yep, I’m posting about a library again. But I’m not sorry, I just love ‘em, and these Inland Pacific Northwest (a term I learned on this trip) towns all seem to have a great one.

Nobody would judge me if I was posting about cute & cozy little coffee shops, and that’s how I treat libraries — like a third place.

They’re free, they reflect the local character & community, all types of folks can/do use them, and they have great bathrooms, A/C, & WiFi.

I’m able to focus and get lots of work done in them, and non-productive time there means reading local newspapers, local history books, and Us Magazine (again, don’t judge).

Coeur d’Alene was an especially nice one, with a park & water view, and a nice outdoor patio to eat leftover pizza at.

Just realized none of my pics have a book in them, but reflection Tim once again says don’t judge — Libraries aren’t just about books anymore.
