Last post in this series.
Ok, let’s recap all my 2024 Commitment grades:
- Commitment #1: Sell → Grade = D–
- Commitment #2: Earn → Grade = D–
- Commitment #3: Write → Grade = C
- Commitment #4: Create → Grade = F+
- Commitment #5: Learn → Grade = F
- Commitment #6: Community → Grade = F+
That averages out to about a D-. Ouch. Either I’m a very tough grader, or I had a wildly unproductive 2024. I think the former is somewhat true, but the latter is definitely true. Now I know why in my gut 2024 felt kind of waste for me in terms of productivity.
That said, I did spend lots of time on Drink•Eat•Walk in 2024, and building a tour business in my only goal in 2025. So, if I achieve that, all is good, and the work I did on it in 2024 gets lots of the credit.
