Three Cans

This is my new go-to lunch when I have any leftovers, or cooking up a new batch of slop.

Open the cans up, dump them in a bowl, and six microwave minutes later lunch is ready.

Delicious (I think), filling, cheap, healthy (though perhaps a tad too processed), and only about 700 calories.
