A few weeks back I finally committed to the date I’m going to start running tours. It’s helped focus me, and the public accountability is a good 🔥 under my butt.
It’s now time to kinda do the same thing with all the things I still need to do before launching. There are still a billion things I need to do overall, but here are the items that are critical prior hanging my shingle:
- Finish writing the stories I’ll be telling
- Introduce myself to owners & people working at my tour stops
- Take pictures & videos of the tour stops
- Finish my Trip Advisor, Viator, Get Your Guide, and Tours by Locals profiles, including uploading the pictures & videos from #3
- Define the tour schedule on each of the profiles
- Figure out how to coordinate the schedule across all the profiles
- Flip the tours live to start taking bookings
I want to finish before I head off in late April for a month in Europe, which means I have 33 days to get this all done — let’s get this rock rolling!
