One of the best podcasts out there is 99% Invisible, which takes a deep dive on things designed & built by humans. This episode on how reggae music came about is a great example →

For some unknown reason, I’ve loved reggae forever –an early cherished gift was Bob Marley’s catalog as a boxed CD set– so this history was obviously interesting to me. It’s just especially good because it’s rare that you can point to a very specific year, and maybe even day, that a musical genre was born. 99pi always produces great things, so having them be involved in explaining this journey was a joy.
