“That’s all it does‽”

“That’s all it does‽” is the question I see in the eyes of every person when I first describe the habit tracker I built, “Did You Do it Today?

My answer is always the same: Yep, it’s focused on only doing one thing — helping you build a single habit. So, why doesn’t it do more?

  • Building habits, even a single one, is hard
  • Complex habit trackers make it even harder
  • Simple to use = More likely to use

Focus is a precious thing, and all I want a habit tracker to do is help me focus on building my habit. I’ve tried many (all?) of the other habit trackers out there, and they all try to do too much.

This makes them hard to use, and I end up not using any of them. Which means I don’t get the one thing I need: Help & support focusing on the hard work of building my habit.

I built “Did You Do it Today” so you’ll actually use it, which means it’s super simple:

  • Commit to building one habit
  • Receive a daily email or text that asks “Did You Do it Today?”
  • Tap to answer “Yes” or “No”
  • See your answers over time to track your progress on building the habit

That’s it. Simple. By design.
