Stopping Mall

On my two-day, 19-bus-hours journey from Minneapolis to Detroit (via Chicago), I had to transfer to a different bus in Lansing, Michigan. As I’ve been detailing, there are either bus stations or bus stops, and the stops have pretty much always been gas stations or McDonald’s parking lots.

The bus stop in Lansing was neither:

It was the parking lot of an abandoned 1980’s shopping mall!

But, wait, what are those cars doing here?

It’s an actual working mall still!

I think? Where are the people? Ahhh, there are some in the distance!

Wait, what are those guys doing? Ahhh, playing with GI Joe dolls, of course!

I think maybe I’ll just go back outside and wait for my next bus.
