2024 Evaluation: Item #4 → Create

Commitment #4:

Create → I really enjoyed that process of building Did You Do it Today, and have some other ideas for web apps. So, I’ll be building out another one, using Bubble.io again.

Grade = F+

I created no new apps this year. I was focused on other things (see below). So why the +? I thought a lot, and talked with some folks, about potential new apps, and even bought some URLs: DailyQuestion.club & MyTopTenLists.com. I really like the second one, and think I’ve eventually build something out of it. So, it showed a bare minimum of creative output., worthy of a +

My main creative energy in 2024 was instead channeled towards thinking about, writing about, & starting to build Drink•Eat•Walk. It wasn’t a 2024 commitment, but as the year went on, it became very clear that it’s where I wanted to put my efforts in 2024, and beyond.

So in 2025, building a tour business is the only thing I want to focus on. It’ll be my creative work this year. Related hope: That running the tours will spit out some good ideas for tour companion apps. Or maybe even a broader, stand-alone tour app. There must be unsolved problems in this industry. There’s certainly tons of money to be made in it 🤞
