Reluctant Vision

I’ve been fighting it for years, even worsening my overall vision by switching my contacts to monovision, but I finally had to admit defeat last weekend:

And what a glorious reading vision I’ve thus had all week, especially when on the computer. I swear I’m much more productive, and even creative. I mean, I re-invented bifocals:

I really have been wearing them this way when not wearing my contacts, even in public places. Looks like the next battle I have to lose is buying actual bifocals.

I realize that you two are galavanting around on a cruise together, but that does not remove Tim’s obligation to his other follower. Where are the daily posts you’ve committed yourself to? Your other follower is waiting.

I have three followers: Don’t forget my Dad. And consider this reply as my post for the day, as I’m doing it from the Spanish Steps
